Posner

Founding Partner

Tracy has spent almost two decades building a track record in attracting and hiring top talent for senior roles while working at Deloitte Canada, Caldwell Partners, Odgers Berndtson, Robert Half International and TWC International Executive Search. A co-founder of ivy Group, Tracy’s highly personal approach creates loyal and longstanding relationships with clients and talent alike. She holds a bachelor’s degree from York University and lives in Toronto with her husband, two children and dog.

Murgatroyd

Founding Partner

Emily has spent two decades as an entrepreneur and ten years in the executive and professional search space. As Founding Partner at ivy Group, she works with growth companies across a variety of verticals including technology, professional services, emergent media, healthcare, travel and tourism, private equity and venture capital. Emily’s search expertise spans revenue and operational positions across all levels from core contributor through to leadership positions. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Queen’s University and lives in Vancouver with her husband, two children and small but mighty goldendoodle.

Catherine
Graham

Founding Partner

Catherine excels at uncovering hidden talent. She has a proven track record of placing board directors, chief and senior executives across multiple sectors. A co-founder of ivy Group, Catherine brings over 20 years of experience from Caldwell Partners, Odgers Berndtson, Spencer Stuart, and McKinsey and Company.  Catherine has an undergraduate degree from Dalhousie University and a Master’s in Library and Information Science from Western University. She jumps between the West Coast, Toronto and Kingston.

Halpern

Talent Consultant

Building on his earlier career as a writer, producer and director in the media industry with CBC and Bell Media, Adam joined ivy group inc., motivated to apply his research and people skills to the process of finding and attracting high calibre talent.  Adam has been instrumental in placing candidates in a wide array of industries, including private equity, financial services, not-for-profit and retail. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree from York University.

Talent Consultant & Marketing Manager

Erin has extensive experience helping to grow organizations across multiple industries including tech, not-for-profit, hospitality, and advertising. This, paired with her strong interpersonal and analytical skills, enables her to find, attract, and place top candidates in even the most specific of roles. Her background in marketing gives her an edge on appealing to competitive talent in unique and creative ways. Erin has a diploma in Public Relations from Kwantlen University and lives in Vancouver with her partner and 13-year-old dog.

Jessica is a creative and energetic talent consultant with a passion for research, prospect development, and making connections. She works collaboratively with employers to make data-driven decisions based on the best available information from the field. With an emphasis on effective communication and out-of-the-box thinking, her work prioritizes the core values of your organization to find new talent that will help your business grow and flourish. Born and raised in Toronto, Jessica currently lives in East Lansing, Michigan with her husband and two kids. They love to travel, and will take any excuse to visit and explore new places!

Kate is passionate about creating exceptional client and customer service. From starting her own business, to client facing sales roles, to a 15-year career at RBC specializing in recruitment and training roles, Kate is committed to providing an outstanding experience. After stops in Calgary and Vancouver, she has returned to her hometown of Nelson, British Columbia where she lives with her husband and two children.

Talent Consultant

For over 2.5 decades, Sue has worked across a variety of roles in Talent Acquisition, People Ops and Leadership.  She has also worked across multiple industries from tech and telecom to finance and hospitality.  This extensive, varied and non-linear background enables her to quickly understand the needs of clients and candidates and pair opportunities with talent.  When Sue isn't making employment matches, you can find her exercising and enjoying time with her three children, two dogs or hanging out on the side of a soccer field.

Silke has degrees in Commerce and Psychology, is very active in the coaching community, and her life experience gives her a unique and broad perspective. “I believe you are either growing or dying. I support my clients in finding their natural way of growing, based on their strengths and wants, with the least amount of growing pains possible. I believe in an open, authentic coaching relationship. Building trust with my clients is paramount.”

Formerly the Director and President of her own design firm, for 20 years Paula worked closely with a broad spectrum of individuals, managing all aspects of the design process, and has incorporated these principles into her coaching practice. Paula’s aptitude for finding people’s strengths and empowering them to find clarity and peace in their lives is emphasized through her creative coaching approach.  “I believe that we all have the ability and wherewithal to get through change and transition. I am passionate about helping people become more confident and purposeful in their lives. This can only happen if we understand ourselves better. “

Sabrina has a decade of corporate experience and an MBA and a BSc in Computer Science. Specialties: leadership, all things tech, cross-cultural collaboration, deep work, imposter syndrome, and bringing out the best in introverts and immigrants.  “I believe that we’re all on a journey of authentic living. Shawn has over 20 years of success as a senior executive and manager in the public and private sectors, leading national programs with an emphasis on strategy, business transformation, innovation, and business intelligence. Shawn is fluent in both English and French. His clients include seasoned executives and managers from Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., Canada and Central America to leaders in 15 federal government departments across Canada.  “I believe that people are capable of doing anything they set their mind to, even in today's challenging environment.
